- 2 Cups mixed greens
- 1/4 Cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 Cup almonds
- 1/3 Cup apple pieces
- Mandarin oranges
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- Crushed black pepper
- Dressing of choice (olive oil and balsamic works great!)

Directions
