Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 Lime
- Gustus Vitae California Sea Salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Rinse and dry potatoes and thinly slice (a mandolin works great!)
- Toss in olive oil and Gustus Vitae California Sea Salt
- Grind fresh black pepper
- Lay on baking sheet and bake for about two hours, flipping at the midpoint (or to desired crispness)
- Remove and squeeze lime juice over sweet potato chips
- Enjoy!
