This easy and light meal will leave one feeling refreshed and energized as they go through the rest of their day. The crispy taco shell lends a perfect bite to the softened cod, seasoned with our sweet and savory Gustus Vitae's Taste of California. The dried strawberries add a redness that is both flavorsome and beautiful. The cilantro-onion green slaw adds another layer of flavor to this already-delicious dish. Easy enough to be a lunch or hearty enough to be a dinner, this will be a recipe that is revisted again and again.
