Your palette is left with a tang that leaves you ready for each sip. Our very own Wasabi Sea Salt takes this already-astonishing cocktail out of this world. The complex combination of flavors in this cocktail bind together to create an outstandingly-refreshing beverage.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz. Passion fruite puree
- 3/4 oz. Rooibos chai syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi superior
- Sapporo for topping
- Gustus Vitae Wasabi Sea Salt
- Grapefruit Twist
Directions:
- Rim high ball glass with Gustus Vitae Wasabi Sea Salt and fill glass with ice
- Add lime juice, passionate fruit puree, rooibos chai syrup, and Bacardi to mixing tin
- Shake ingredients vigorously and strain over ice
- Top with Sapporo and garnish with grapefruit twist
