Greek Parmasean and Basil Crusted Mahi Mahi

This Mahi-Mahi dish will leave the mouth salivating for more after each bite. It bursts forth flavor that blends impeccably well. When plated, it looks beautiful and possesses color and vibrancy throughout the dish. The parmasean cheese combines with fresh basil and green onion to bring out flavor in each and every bite. The finishing touch? Gustus Vitae Taste of Greece seasoning. This garlic-pepper seasoning adds to white fish by extracting all the true flavors within. All combined, this fish dish possesses character and originality that is sure to wow your guests every time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lemon
  • 10 Ounces Mahi Mahi filet
  • Gustus Vitae Taste of Greece seasoning
  • Fresh ground or shredded parmasean cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp sliced green onion
  • Fresh basil
  • Edible flowers (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Over low-medium skillet heat, warm olive oil in GreenPan skillet
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  3. Cook Mahi Mahi until almost cooked all the way through (about 10 minutes, 5 minutes on each side)
  4. Genourously season with Taste of Greece seasoning
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over Mahi Mahi and place skillet in oven
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until Parmesan has melted
  7. Remove and plate, garnishing with fresh green onion, basil, flowers, and lemon
