Ham and Cheese BItes with Dijon Mustard Sea Salt

These appetizer-portion ham and cheese croissant bites will keep the party going! Gooey-cheese expels from every bite to keep those taste buds working. The crispy croissants add an element of crunch and blend with the softness of the melted cheese to make each bite near perfection. What it takes it to perfection? Our very own Dijon Mustard Sea Salt. The Dijon adds the tangy kick to really change the way you do appetizers.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup diced ham
- 1 Can crescent dough
- 1/2 Cup jack cheese (or other cheese of choice, a mild cheese works best)
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- Gustus Vitae Dijon Mustard Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Unroll Crescent dough and cut into 8 equal pieces (can be cut differently based on desired size)
- Scoop cheese onto each croissant
- Top with desired amount of ham
- Wrap croissant tightly, enclosing contents in pastry
- Brush melted butter on each croissant
- Generously sprinkle Dijon Mustard Sea Salt on each croissant
- Bake on lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown
- Let cool, and serve
