Loaded Blue Cheese Salted Baked Potato

A classic side dish with a touch of one our favorites. This loaded baked potato is sure to satisfy each and every guest. Easily customizable, simple to make, and a flavor that is bold and stands out alone. This loaded baked potato is salted up with our very own sharp Blue Cheese Sea Salt. The flavors combine to present a delectable side dish that is versatile enough to pair with almost any meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole potato
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 Teaspoon green onion
- 1 Tablespoon bacon bits
- 1-2 Tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- Dollop of sour cream
- Gustus Vitae Blue Cheese Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place potatoes directly on oven rack
- Flip every 20 minutes for 60-70 minutes
- Check doneness of potato and cook more if needed
- Remove potato and cut open with fork
- Spread butter over, and stuff with cheese, green onion, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese
- Add dollop of sour cream if desired and sprinkle on Blue Cheese Sea Salt
- Let cool and enjoy
